Characteristic

Chinese cabbages and other seasoning ingredients of kimchi are grown in contracted farms in China with Korean seeds, so that the quality is the same as Korean kimchi. Also a Korean manager with great experience is taking charge over quality at the Chinese kimchi factory.

Variety of Kimchi
  1. Tasty kimchi : Chinese cabbages are cut to easy to eat size, salted, washed, drained, mixed with seasonings then fermented.

  2. Pogi kimchi : Chinese cabbages are halved or quartered, salted, washed, drained, spread seasoning mixture between leaves then fermented.

  3. White kimchi : Chinese cabbages are halved or quartered, salted, washed, drained, spread seasoning mixture between leaves then fermented. It's the same form as Pogi kimchi, but the color is white.

  4. Ggakdoogi : Radishes are cut in small cubes, soaked in salted water, drained, mix with seasonings then fermented.

  5. Mustard leave kimchi : Whole or cut mustard leaves are soaked in salted water, drained, mix with seasonings then fermented. You can enjoy the special flavor and aroma of fresh mustard leaves.

  6. Ginseng kimchi : Chinese cabbage kimchi made with fresh ginseng chosen with care. You can enjoy the unique taste of ginseng together.
